in response to reader comment: I will be waiting for an answer

(M al Content said: 'it is a good thing that we are not married !')

I thought we were throwing sharp darts to each other. I don't know how, of all things, the thought of marriage came to your mind! I don't know whether I should be angry, or laugh. It would be really funny if I get angry, so I choose to laugh :-))

Jokes aside, lets talk about religion, politics, and the future of the world first.

(You said-' And you seem to have mistaken me for someone else, since I am not a Danish cartoonist.')

You were supporting the mockery of the cartoonists in the name of freedom of speech. So I asked you to go ahead with your mockery, if that gave you any kind of brutal pleasure.

(You said: The point I was making was that you seemed to expect Christians to share your outrage, which seemed to me to be an illogical and unreasonable expectation..)

You misunderstood me again. I did not expect you to share our outrage. We expected you to understand that the mockery hurts us. We do not support the extreme acts by our unruly mob. I hoped you also wouldn't support the cartoonists who provoked racial hatred. Was is a great expectation?

(You said: It is understandable for a Muslim to have an Islamocentric worldview, but I do wish that you would try to step outside yourself for a few minutes, and consider that the worldviews of other faiths are just as valid to their adherents as yours is to you,)

We understand that every faith is correct from its own perspective. We respect that. But then we expect that you do the same. What pleasure do you get by mocking and insulting our faith?

(You said: Regarding the Womb Wars program, I do agree that the world will be a more frightening place with 2.4 or 4.8 billion Muslims in it..)

There's no 'womb war' programme. People who have strong family ties, who respect the institution of marriage, grow faster than the races who do the opposite. Muslims are not growing on purpose to conquer your lands. Their growth is natural.

(You said: .. it will be just as frightening for Muslims as for everyone else. The pressures on supplies of clean water, cultivatable land, energy resources etc, will be even greater than they are now..)

There is a natural equilibrium in the creations of the Almighty. Can't you see that? If one group increases, others decrease. So there will be a balace in the end.

(You said: Perhaps being dead by then will enable me to look on the bright side in some way ? I do hope so !)

So now you have death wish as well ?!! Why? To run away from Muslims??!!!! I never thought some participants here held so pessimistic views about life !!!! So I see M al Content is not content with life..

(You said: 'for what a quarrelsome couple we would be !' )

I don't think so, M al Content.. for if you were married to a Muslim woman, you'd have appreciated her faith, and the beautiful way of life that her religion has taught her. You'd have got a woman by your side who liked to be judged for her inner beauty and her intellect, not for her vital statistics, dress and fashion. You'd have learnt to respect a woman, who, by nature and by training, was loyal and at the same time equal to you.

You would have then posted your comments condemning JustMe, Sword, cato, admirer,Dinesh etc. for attacking us. You might have also write appreciating the comments by Another one, Sally, Dima, Anonymous, Wild Wild West, Hind Samy, Libyan and, of course, Sarah! ;-))

And oh, maybe then you would not have death wish at all.
