Reader comment on item: Is Allah God?
in response to reader comment: Questions to Nuray

Think about these verses:

"Have you seen those who have made GODs of their own fancies?" (25:43)

NOT multiple gods but GOD itself.

Becasue the Koran also said:

"Set up no GOD beside ALLAH!" (28

That clearly shows that ALLAH cannot be taken as God.

Also:

What is referred to as ALLAH is clearly defined in the Cahpter of Ikhlas - 114) in the Koran, in which we are informed that nothing can compare to ALLAH. That means that ALLAH cannot be compared onto GOD, that is, you cannot take ALLAH as GOD, because ALLAH cannot be compared to any other being that you may have the imagination of.

ALLAH is ALLAH alone. God means ilah in Arabic, not ALLAH.

"ALLAH bears witness that there is no god, only HU" (3:18)
(Shahi-dAllahu ‘anna-Huu laa ‘ilaaha ‘illa Huwa.)

God is an outdated concept. It is funny to believe in a GOD in this 21st century and still name him ALLAH. What the noun ALLAH denotes is beyond the limitations of ny image of GOD in peoples minds.

THEY HAVE NOT COMPREHENDED ALLAH WITH THE COMPREHENSION DUE TO ALLAH!" (6:31)
