Racist Arab-Muslim targets conscientious objectors in Bnei Brak - Biased Reuters brings up "settlers" subject

Dear Reuters
What does the issue of so called "Settlers" got to do with racist targeting of a town of Haredi ultra-orthodox Jews who are overwhelmingly not even serving in the army [conscientious objectors]? They don't even visit the Temple Mount.
