No discrimination against (just) women in IslamReader comment on item: Middle East Geopolitics Submitted by Prashant (United States), Mar 28, 2022 at 08:31 Dear Dr Pipes, it is blatantly false to claim that Islam discriminates (only) against women; Islam plays a fair game and discriminates against men too. According to a recent report our esteemed Taleban have banned unbearded men from government jobs (https://www.devdiscourse.com/article/law-order/1980187-taliban-bars-government-employees-without-beards-from-work--sources). I so much want a job in the Taleban government that I am growing my beard starting today. Our apologists will now say that the Taleban are bad Muslims. I will just call them Muslims.
