Reopening the Ukrainian Question- How Does the Current American Administration Justify Inciting War?

How close does an observer need to be before finding out that too close is too late to get out of the way.
This turns out to be a great distraction from the catastrophic fiasco that is Afghanistan, now doesn't it?
But whom are we to believe: Putin and his threat to NATO's influences in the Ukraine; or demonstrating that the 46th American Administration does not support NATO for protecting the Ukrainian arena?
