ISIS attack kills two and injures six in Israel

(CNN) ISIS operatives killed two people and injured six in a shooting attack Sunday in the Israeli city of Hadera, some 31 miles north of Tel Aviv, Israeli officials said.
The attack — the second of its kind in a week — coincided with a landmark regional summit in Israel's Negev desert, where top diplomats from the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Morocco, Egypt, Israel and the United States are meeting to discuss security issues.
"We condemn today's terrorist attack in Hadera, Israel," US Secretary of State Antony Blinken tweeted on Sunday from Israel. "Such senseless acts of violence and murder have no place in society. We stand with our Israeli partners and send our condolences to the families of the victims."

הג'יהאד האסלאמי בירך על הפיגוע ואמר כי הוא "תגובה של העם הפלסטיני ל'פסגת הרוע' שבה משתתפים שרי החוץ של מדינות ערב". בהודעת הארגון נכתב כי "חזרתם של הפיגועים לעומק ישראל הוא דבר הכרחי ליצירת ההרתעה. ..". בחמאס התייחסו גם כן לפיגוע הרצחני, השני תוך פחות משבוע, ומסרו כי הם "מברכים על הפיגוע ההרואי... אנו מדגישים כי זוהי תגובה טבעית ולגיטימית... אנו משבחים את מבצעי הפיגוע".

הדיווח הראשוני התקבל במוקד 101 של מד"א בשעה 20:43 על כמה נפגעים ברחוב הרברט סמואל בעיר. במשטרה ציינו כי שלושה מהם שוטרים. מתוכם שניים שכאמור נטרלו את המחבלים. בנוסף מטופלים במקום כמה נפגעי חרדה.

Islamic Jihad welcomed the attack and said it was "a response of the Palestinian people to the 'summit of evil' in which Arab foreign ministers are participating." The organization's announcement states that "the return of the attacks to the depths of Israel is a necessary thing to create deterrence ...". Hamas also referred to the deadly attack, the second in less than a week, and said that they "welcome the heroic attack ... We emphasize that this is a natural and legitimate response ... We commend the perpetrators of the attack."

The initial report was received at MDA's 101 hotline at 20:43 about several casualties on Herbert Samuel Street in the city. The police stated that three of them were police officers, two of whom neutralized the terrorists.

המחבלים הם איימן איגבריה ואברהים חסן יוסף אגבריה, תושבי העיר אום אל-פחם. אברהים ישב בכלא לאחר שנסע לטורקיה להצטרף לדאעש לפני כשש שנים. הוא שוחרר וכמו חברו שביצע את הפיגוע בבאר שבע יצא לבצע פיגוע.
המחבלים היו חמושים בכלי נשק רבים ותחמושת בהיקף גדול של מספר מחסניות, אקדחים, נשק ארוך, סכינים וארגז תחמושת של כ-1,100 כדורים.
שני שוטרים על אזרחי שהיו באזור פגעו במחבלים וחיסלו אותם בתום קרב יריות.
חובש בכיר במד"א ויקי קלי סיפר: "מדובר בארוע קשה מאוד, ראינו 6 נפגעים שוכבים חלקם על המדרכה וחלקם על הכביש, הם סבלו מפצעי ירי, עשינו מיון ראשוני מהיר בשטח והענקנו לפצועים טיפול רפואי מציל חיים ופינינו אותם במהירות לבית החולים כשמצבם של 2 קשה ושניים בינוני. בשטח היו גבר ואשה מחוסרי הכרה ללא סימני חיים ולצערנו לא נותר לנו אלא לקבוע את מותם."

ISIS Cell: Two killed in a shooting attack in Hadera

A man and a woman were killed in a shooting attack in Hadera. Four were seriously and moderately injured. The two Arab terrorists from Umm al-Fahm were eliminated

The terrorists are Ayman Igbaria and Ibrahim Hassan Yussef Agbaria, residents of the city of Umm al-Fahm. Ibrahim was imprisoned after traveling to Turkey to join ISIS about six years ago. He was released and, like his friend who carried out the attack in Be'er Sheva, went out to carry out an attack.
The terrorists were armed with numerous weapons and ammunition on a large scale from several cartridges, pistols, long weapons, knives and an ammunition box of about 1,100 bullets.
Two policemen on civilians who were in the area hit the terrorists and eliminated them after a shootout.
A senior MDA paramedic, Vicky Kelly, said: "This is a very serious incident. We saw six casualties lying on the sidewalk and some on the road. They suffered gunshot wounds. Hard and two medium. There was an unconscious man and woman in the field with no signs of life and unfortunately we have no choice but to determine their deaths."

Hezbollah welcomes the attack in Hadera yesterday. A statement from the organization said that the attack underscores the desire of the Palestinian people to fight ...and that it is a practical response to the normalization meetings held by some Arab regimes with the enemy entity.
