Not all terrorists are Moslems and vice versa

Reader comment on item: Weak Brits, Tough French

Submitted by Al Steiner (United States), Jul 18, 2005 at 05:08

There is not a country in this world that does not harbour terrorists, of one kind or another.
At the moment the world media is focused on the most recent, naturally. It makes good copy to pit the French against the Brits.
Instead of working together to rid the world of terrorists, let's all throw mud at each other and play the blame game. Having just read, that the latest band of terrorists are doing their horrific deeds for the sake of sex, in the form of 70 virgins (with swelling breasts) who await them in some 'hereafter', I have to shake my head and wonder what do the female suicide bombers receive in the 'hereafter'.
One writer commented that we are not looking at what makes a terrorist. Is it brainwashing?
Who cares? In all the faiths "thou shalt not kill" is the most important commandment and if we all just obeyed that one, we might be able to stop the rot. Starting today, now, stop all killing, everywhere.
