"taking innocent lives"

Reader comment on item: Weak Brits, Tough French

Why are the islamic apologists like CAIR keep saying that "killing of innocent civilians" is against islamic tenents. Are the islamists then implying that it is ok to take lives of "not-so innocent civilians" or that matter, ok to take the lives of "non-civilians" like soldiers?

When will the islamic apologists talk about legal system, respect for constitutional guarantees?

When will CAIR issue a fatwa against Osama? When will CAIR issue a fatwa against Islamic mullah-thugs for issuing a fatwa against Salman Rushdie? After all, what salman rushdie was doing is exercising his first amendment rights? right?
