Reader comment on item: What's a Conservative to Do? Vote for Pence

Submitted by Kepha Hor, Oct 18, 2016 at 16:07

One very good reason to vote for Trump--he could end up impeached and removed, meaning that Pence would have to serve out his term. Further, a lot of vapid, useless, idiotic celebrities have promised to leave the USA if Trump wins.

On the other hand, the scandals of Hillary Clinton, her jeopardizing national security through use of a private e-mail server, and her directing aides to destroy evidence have all been relegated to the back of the paper. If our MSM had the slightest shred of integrity, HRC's scandals would be seen as bigger than Watergate, Unhappily, if she is elected, she will be impeachment-proof (especially given the cowardice of the GOP, even if it retains a majority in Congress). This is a reason to avoid voting for her like a second outbreak of the black death.

Trump is a lot like the celebs who say they'll leave the country if he's elected--boorish, narcissistic, noisy, and obnoxious. But he has vulnerabilities which might make him impeachable and removable. Hold your nose and vote for him.
