Dr. Pipes

Our historian/theologian in-chief aka Mr Obama compares the crimes of da'ish with the crusades. Mash'allah

Well here are the differences between the crusades and Da'ish

1. There are no doctrines in the NT that would demand that Christians should engage in holy war. In Islam holy war has a name and it is called al-Jihad fi Sabeel Allah and it is an eternal war until Islam becomes the supreme religion and I'm not the one who is saying that it is Allah

2. The Arabs invaded the Christian/Jewish Middle East starting in 633CE and the Qur'an makes it very clear that the likes of the Christians and the Jews have every right to fight those that invaded their lands so Allah must be pro-Crusades

3. There in no doubt in my mind that European Christians learned about the doctrine of holy war from Muslims this means that if islam does not exist there would have been no crusades

I except to hear this nonsense from lost tablighees (East Indian Muslims and Pakistanis) but not from our president
