Dr. Pipes

I could not believe it when I read this article in the dailymail.co.uk and the title of the article says it all: "ISIS zealots log assassinations, suicide missions and bombings in annual report for financial backers."

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2661007/15-000-fighters-1-000-assassinations-4-000-IEDs-How-Isis-publishes-annual-report-detailing-reign-terror-Middle-East.html

I hope that someone at the International Court at the Hague is reading this article

But again terrorists are never smart

Daniel Pipes replies:

I have devoted some time to documenting terrorist mental lapses: seehttp://www.danielpipes.org/3005/stupid-terrorists and its follow-up blog.

But I am not so sure that his annual report is such a bad idea, as it wins followers and funders. I can't imagine ISIS leadership cares a fig for the International Court.
