One editor-in-chief thinks that belief in aliens is equivalent to the "belief" in Islamic terrorism

Every day we see the situation throughout the world growing worse and the threats turning into real terrorism as we have experienced in Canada this past year (with murder and attack on Parliament Hill Ottawa and one in Quebec).

As happened after 9/11 in the USA, instead of an increasing awareness of Islamic terrorism, there has been efforts on part of our national broadcaster (the CBC) and other Canadian media outlets to do handstands to make sure Islam and Muslims are not connected with the attacks. Apparently Islam, sharia and jihad all make positive contributions to our great Western society and one is a bigot to say otherwise.

When I asked one editor-in-chief to read a couple of articles to bring him up to speed (http://www.danielpipes.org/15432/europe-no-go-zones) and (http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/5128/france-no-go-zones) he said: "Thank you for this. You may be correct, but don't forget about the interplanetary aliens. You can brush up on them by reading the link I've provided below, or at thousands of other sites." And he included this article about aliens (http://m.ibtimes.com/do-aliens-exist-yes-some-look-just-us-says-paul-hellyer-former-canadian-defense-minister-video).

I asked him if he equated the belief in aliens with the known reality of terrorism and if he thought terrorism were some kind of a joke. To make a long response shorter he answered: "…terrorists are a real threat…I do not agree that Islam itself is a threat."

Media are unwilling to connect the dots and they are afraid to tell the truth. We have a real problem…Islamophobia…which I define as the fear of insulting Islam. It has taken hold throughout the land.
