How About Apartheid?

Our former President had no trouble using the South African term "Apartheid" to describe the status of Palestinians in Israel and the Disputed Territories they reside in.

In Germany perhaps less so, but in France, especially in the Suburbs of its cities and towns, can we not describe the communities of Muslim residents as living under the phenomena of "Apartheid"?
