When you take a look at the role Otpor, as well as Pora played in Serbia and Ukraine respectivelly, we see a pattern. Those in a position to network natural allies who at one time were not communicating with each other. This takes money, and time.

It makes me curious as to the role Freedom House played, and if they have some options available to energize those groups in Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, et al. who are not Islamist.

For, until such time as those who lash out against the strength of the West are dislodged from places of influence - we will see more and more going round and round in the cul de sac that the larger Mid East finds itself today.
