Mr. Auster is right

Reader comment on item: [The Search for Moderate Islam:] A Reply to Lawrence Auster

Submitted by Jaladhi (United States), Feb 8, 2005 at 15:36

Mr. Lawrence Auster is absolutely right in concluding that Islam is the problem and that there is no moderate or radical Islam. It is just one Islam - if you don't believe it just ask any muslim.

It is unfortunate but we will have to fight it if we wish to preserve our civilizaton and way of life as we know it. Hoping for some moderate form of Islam to emerge to live in peace and harmony with the rest of us is only a dream. When it has not happened for last 1400 years why does anyone expect it to happen now? Islam's objective is to subjugate this world and anyone standing in the way will be annihilated. The evidence from last 1400 years and the behaviour of present day muslims more than confirms Mr. Auster's concusions.
