One of those tantalizing anomalies of nature that shows two seemingly unresolvable sides of a reality
No. Testosterone theory says male is more agressive in all respects than female.
Yes. The human female has an overpoweringly sexual effect upon the male, and her growing, evocative-provocative, sexualizing exposure ought to concern us more.

Islam, of course, naively thinks it can re-bottle the genie the West has opened - for themselves first and then for the rest of us. It is a measure of their still very simplistic view of much of reality, and how far they must travel and we must remain prepared to resist.
Dr. Pipes is correct.
