Mistaken about VOA

Could someone instruct the Voice of America staff, once and for all, that its mission is ... honestly to convey American mainstream views to the outside world? VOA's principal mission is to report the news. Radio Moscow it isn't. It context, the broadcast memo is not inappropriate. VOA should vigorously defend its charter from those who would twist it to the left or right.
