If you wanted alternative (=pro-Moslem) news, why didn't you just switch to al-Jazeera e.g.? They had more happy interviews and sensational anti-American news from the Afghan Emirate than just an innocent interview with Mullah Omar. Beside the Saudi oil sheikhs also the Afghan opium warlords did finance and keep it updated after all , didn't they ? As I inspected the VOA Urdu Service webpage (available also in English) the similarity to al-Jazeera is striking. Reading it I wondered when the whole VOA staff would convert to Islam if they find it so fantastic ?
