Israel must expel palestinians to survive

Reader comment on item: Israel's Domestic Enemy

Israel cannot survive in its present form. The reason comes down to sheer numbers. As a western society, Israeli jews have no more than 2-3 children per woman. Palestinian muslims have 10 children per woman out of religious and military duty. It won't be too long before the jews become a minority. To survive, a jewish Israel must change the form of the state, and that means expelling all disloyal muslims from the territories AND from Israel proper.

The biggest problem is where to send them. The earth if full. As Arab countries become more powerful, and obtain nuclear weapons, it will be increasingly impossible to send them anywhere. Right now the 2 best candidates are the failed states of Lebanon and Somalia, and the problem with Somalia is the need for travel over water. The problem with Lebanon is that the Hezbos and the Syrian army will have to be smashed first, and in Lebanon they will still be close enough to dream of return, and be able to fight.

In fact, it may already be too late for Israel to expel the muslims. Suppose a true right-wing government got elected and expelled them by marching them into Lebanon, Andrew Jackson style. With today's modern communications and Islamic nationalism, that act could be the final humiliation that induces the Islamic population throughout the world to give up their national identities and join forces into a true global Caliphate. Such a Caliphate would have a well defined mission - to defeat and destroy Western Civillization. This would soon bring about the final war that would decide who rules the earth for all time, if anyone at all survives.
