InshallahReader comment on item: My Disrupted Talk at the University of California-Irvine Submitted by Robert H. Yauger (United States), Feb 5, 2007 at 10:20 While I strongly support secularism, I realize that it's difficult to counter a highly charged force, be it positive or negative, with neutrality. It seems that all jihadist statements are prefaced with 'God willing.' Has anyone within or outside of Islam posed the theological question, 'What if God isn't willing?" Were someone to question my right to ask this question, I would question their right, or special knowledge, to make the original statement. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
