If this wasn't such a serious occurrence, the lack of manners in an institution of higher learning is appalling. If one does not agree with the speaker and the agenda, which usually is known prior to the event) one need not attend the speech, leaving for those who do, the opportunity to hear the speaker in peace.However, this is far too serious a situation.
