what can we do?

Reader comment on item: What Riyadh Buys [in Washington]

Submitted by Samy Mikhail (United States), Dec 12, 2002 at 09:13

Democrats have missed a golden opportunity this past election by not making the Bush Administration's relationship with the Saudis an election issue. It's hard to explain how this administration ignores what the Saudis have done to us on 9/11 and instead. makes Saddam the only problem we have and Iraq the source of terrorism despite the direction that ALL fingers point. This direction is nothing but Saudi Arabia and its corrupt non-royal family. Every single terrorist act against US in the past 10 years was connected, somehow, to the Saudis. Still this Administration calls them our ally. Go figure.
