An illusion of a war on terror

Reader comment on item: What Riyadh Buys [in Washington]

Submitted by J.Shearer (United Kingdom), Dec 15, 2002 at 17:10

For a long time now it has been apparent that the war on Afghanistan and now the 'dance of the seven veils' in Baghdad are being carefully stage managed, to allow time to pass and American anger to subside. One can see this clearly, as the US adminstration shows no sign of any urgency.

Meanwhile the real culprits who are behind the jihad, that is being waged on the non-Muslim world, have been getting away with it. In fact they are invited to the White House and Crawford ranch on a regular basis.
