it astonishes me that the deep comprehensive understanding of arab mentality you show you understand in their mindset to the israeli withdrawals from s. lebanon and gaza is not carried thru to iraq. you believe american and other troops should be withdrawn. that is exactly the signal that arabs will interpret as having forced you out with their tactics. it shows american weakness in the arab/islamic mentality.

this is all out war they are waging, like it or not. know thy enemy. even a token win will fuel their fire.
