Reader comment on item: Hugging Iraq's Leaders

Up to the last year Bush and his team have been very strong but recently they seem to have adopted the Israeli reluctance to win. You cannot reason with the unreasonable. By attempting to do so you prolong the agony and the casaulties mount on all sides and the chance of winning starts to fade away.

In the United States where traitors hold high office and are hungry for power this is a very bad strategy.
