Bernard,

Paul the Apostle speaks in Hebrews of his will and our will. GOD gave us free will that we should willingly choose good over evil! and choose to come to our Saviour Jesus the Christ of our OWN free will and acknowledge him as our LORD and MASTER.
Yes GOD knows the final outcome he knows the beginning and the end he knows every hair on your head and what you want before you know yourself! However in HIS love for us HE gave us free will.
Our destiny is only fore odaind in as much as he knows the final outcome for each and every one of us, According to our will or his if we follow his word.
