Nuray what is the difference between
"Quran 8:12 "I shall terrorize the infidels. "

"..I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved .." (8.12)

The first one indicates physical damage but the the second one implies physiological impact.
Islam has nothing to do with violence.

If violence means fighting or killing, Islam allows it in case of self defense
or defense of your home land or your religion. This is valid for all religions.

You wrote that
"sex allowed with captured women"

Muhammed, peace upon him, encouraged Muslims to marry non-Muslims women as he did. Adultery is forbidden in Islam.

You wrote that
"then why do you believe in a book which was written for 7th century?."

I would believe in Islam even if it was sent 7000 century ago. First of all it was not written but sent by Allah. When I read Quran it captures my mind and heart. I am Muslim because I am not looking for a religion which gives me all freedom to do everything that I want to. Rules of Allah described in Quran deserves more to be obeyed.
