Reader comment on item: Is Allah God?

Submitted by Rich (United States), Oct 17, 2005 at 16:32

For a long time now I have always believed that El Ohim was actually two words. The problem I was having is that I could never discover what the work Ohim actually means. I've asked many Orthodox Jews and Rabbi's about this and they don't have a clue. They said they thought my theory was indeed interesting, but that there was no foundation for it.

So my question is this...Does anyone have any evidence that El Ohim means Fullness of Might?
