Yes, the Arabic word for God is Allah...but the point is not linguistic but the nature and entity of the being represented by those words. The point of the article is that Allah of the Quran is not God of the Bible...simply referring to one's self as God does not make it so and likelwise, the being behind the Quran is not the same as that behind the Bible.
