Why Quran's death penalty is in blame?

I don't want to be mean or disrespectful to any faith; I just want to know when death penalty (killing) is allowed in the USA and in many other christian countries, why it is considered barbaric when a muslim country execute death penalty according to their tradition (sharia or Quranic law). Christians & jews should read their holy book to learn that the law of "eye for an eye" , "life for a life", tooth for a tooth is also mentioned in their holy book. In the Bible it is also mentioned that persons who has comitted adultery should be stoned to death.

If a person have sex with an animal, according to The BIble, that person and the animal both should be put to death! At least The Quran is not teaching anybody to kill an innocent animal for being used by a smart human!! I am not Bush or Bin-Laden and believe that killing civilians for peace and justice is a great crime!!
