Mr. Lactantius,

You have quoted what you believe to be history, but consider this--

The hadith and other writings of the life of the prophet (PBUH) were not written during the time that he was alive. Instead, he had no knowledge of them whatsoever. And much is lost in the translation from Arabic. Tell me, sir, do you thoroughly know the Arabic language? I believe not. Without knowing Arabic, you have certainly done a *wonderful* job of letting us know the character of Muhammed (PBUH). I have said so before, and I will say so again--terrorists are not following Muhammed (PBUH) or Islam--they are following their hearts, which have grown black. And, as for what you say about Jesus (PBUH), know that Muslims will NEVER disrespect him. He is our prophet. People like you are the ones disrespecting others' religions without thorough knowledge. From the beginning of time, misunderstanding has spawned war. Destruction. Chaos. No honest Muslim, no one who truly believes in the teachings of Muhammed, can be violent at heart. Even verses in the Qu'ran that "promote" violence were written at a time when violence was 100% necessary, lest Muhammed (PBUH) and his followers were attacked and destroyed. Everything you quote, Mr. Lactantius, every little tidbit, was written by ordinary men. The way you are attacking me and my religion, is that what you call peace? Read my comments to you. Did I in anyway disrespect you or anyone else? Not at all. I have never once declared the Bible false. And what of Oklahoma City? And Abu Graib? Surely a Muslim was to blame for that too. When anything happens, anything, the blame immediately goes to Muslims. If it is truly a group of Muslims at fault, then they must be stopped. But do not stereotype and end up punishing normal, peace-loving people. If your hatred will blind you like this, then I have nothing more to say to you. Please, speak not in matters of which you do not know. Learn Arabic, word for word, and then come back and have a discussion with me. Learn peace, and then embrace me as your brother--not brothers of faith, but brothers in that we both strive for peace without violence. And that sir, is my final word to you. Good day.
