WMD's don't permit the luxury of waiting

If this were a traditional confrontation I might be persuaded that waiting for all, or most of our allies to come on board would be preferable. Unfortunately, we don't have this luxury. If we wait until Saddam's finger is poised on the trigger, it will be too late.
