Neighborhood bully is really chickenliver in a big bird costume
Reader comment on article: Saddam's Rap Sheet

Submitted by Jack Ajzenberg (Canada), Aug 21, 2002 at 09:23

I am again pleased to read that you have the courage to match your convictions.Taking a clear position given its presumable unpopularity is nonetheless in the best interests of cleaning house in the international brothel of terror & its bulwark states.

Like all bullies, Saddam asks himself two paramount questions before undertaking his nefarious action...Can I get away with it?and Will I live another day to wreak further havoc? This is and always has been his modus operandi. Following this course, if the murderous, rabid animal dressed up as a human being sporting outsized fedoras, firing antique carbines while kissing babies realizes that a Unilateralist U.S. military initiative will thwart his evil designs, he may very well settle on murdering Jews with WMD. He believes that he can get away with decimating Jews in large numbers because the world has repeatedly told him he can. He knows there would be a resultant hue & cry which would inevitably be muted by the Western Press exposition & rallying cry of root causes & by the Internationally sanctionned & time honoured tradtional bloodsport of Jew-murder.If,god forbid Saadam launched or planted a WMD in Israel and god forbid Jewish lives were sacrificed again, then Europe would of course be outraged, would twist in the angst of the absurdity of it all & of corse continue to buy Iraqui oil, sell arms to Iraqui murderers, & provide technological, industrial & infrastructure expertise & resources to the reincarnation of Joe Stalin & his fascist overlords. The so called liberal Western press is in full frontal assault mode, aiming its misguided missives at the Bush policy on Iraq.True to form the only editorial courage these bastions of forward thinking can muster is not to have the courage of any convictions that may actually involve sacrifice & having to endure a level of discomfort at Georgetown parties where finger food served is the best in town or East side Manhattan soirees where the martinis are so very dry & the witticisms regarding George Ws intellect are camouflage for intellectual bankruptcy & editorial dissolution. If the real Bushes have their way with regard to Sadaam, well then Mr Hussein..you are chicken teriyaki.
