salaam sister, i recently rejected hadith and alhamdulilah i look back and see how vulgar and stupid it was, and i question how on earth i ever believed it, its been so hard finding others who completely worship Allah alone. there'll be a million questions and people have grilled me, im sure many will eventually reject me but im just so happy i can actually answer these million questions myself. i feel so much more capable as a Muslim and Allah says many times Islam is for those with reason and knowledge. rejecting hadith and not being spoon fed lies by sheikhs and scholars has demanded me to have to look to Allah and make sure i understand what i follow.

the biggest step was understanding i dont need some mystical man named buhkri (whose story when actually looked in to is a joke) to tell me how to worship Allah. when introduced to pure Islam my biggest fear was this void i felt, the question always is ' without hadith how do you know how to... pray, go hajj etc..'

i, like most, was thinking of it completely wrong the question really is why am i looking to others when i have Allah? if i feel i NEED hadith do i think Allah lied when He said He completed this religion? the stakes are so much higher. and l learnt i was only spoon fed bits of hadith that suited people, it was all either really positive and made you feel warm and fuzzy or it was extremely sexist and it made me think well i hear and obey. i just guessed it was just how it was and i had to accept it. hadith didnt just make you bipolar there was a much darker side filled with blasphemy and paganism and lies.

for those who dont believe me do your research, i promise you'll be shocked!

its great to hear of others who agree, its very rare which is a shame because were not some thing new. following the Quran only dates back to the start of Islam back to when we prospered as a nation... now look at us.
