Saudi Air lines staff misbehave very badly

yes i have never seen such a bad treatment like saudi arabian air lines staff.when i whent to my vacation air port staff shouting meny times.in the first counter one staff took my passport and long time he don't give me back because i can't speek arabic please do not do this any more.
