Islam's idea of peace and tranquility

Reader comment on item: Saudi Arabian Airlines Cleans Up Its Act
in response to reader comment: Ban of non Islamic articles into Saudi Arabia.

There was thriving community everywhere in the Middle East SIX HUNDRED YEARS before Islam, Allah and the Prophet was ever a gleam in Mohammed's mother's eye. Peace and co-existence ended when the prophet declared that anyone not a Muslim was an infidel, when women were subjugated into a sub-human existence and when Islam went looking for empire. Nothing, nada, zilch and zero has changed in Islam in one thousand four hundred years.

The Jews and the Christians, have reformed, updated and liberalized their belief systems. But not Islam. It is the most bigoted, biased women hating imperialist belief system on the planet. Until they give full and equal rights to women, it will always be a religion dominated by the violence of men.

Worried about religious articles being brought into Saudia Arabia????????? Saudi Arabia funds terrorist killers. Women are arrested if they appear in public without their husbands permission and children belong to their fathers. The highest illitreracy rates in the world come from the Middle East because half of their population is unschooled ..... women are civilly dead in Saudi Arabia and every where else where Islam rules. Islam should hang its head in shame for what they have done in the name of Allah
