Yes, a nominal change with no substance

Yes, the "Wings of Wahabi Oppression" haven't changed a bit, but they cleverly moved to put lipstick on the Wahabi pig.

Western governments obviously don't care about religious freedom in Saudi (or even religious freedom at home, I'm bitterly disappointed to say) so this nominal change will protect the Wahabis from further headaches on this issue.
