A different view

more than 50 years ago we (Germans) did that sort of torture and abuse to the jews, violated human rights, also ignored the democratic desires of a broad majority.

It shall not be forgotten that at the time when germany needed it the most, american soldiers came around, the american government supported us and above all : kept the russians out of occupying the rest of germany - which would have been 50 years of starvation and terror.

TODAY its america that is violating human rights on a large scheme, war-driving and even worse, not representing the people that elected them. (Shall I mention to deliberatly destroy the environment by rejecting protective measures like the rest of the western world). No SS, but a CIA - different name, same thing.

TOMORROW I hope that it can be forgiven and that the people of america can have a new start in a democratic and free society, free from government terror.

My sympathy is with the people of america (excluding everybody involved in the government) and my hope that one day they will also see their mistake and regret it.
