Yes the gematrical value of Rashad Khalifa is 1230

Thank you for your question. I am glad to see some people like you verify things as recommended by Quran.

The numerical value (or Gematrical Value) of Rashad is [ر = R = 200; ش = Sh = 300; ا = A = 1; د = D = 4 (505)] and Khalifa is [خ = Kh = 600; ل = L = 30; ي = Ya = 10; ف = F = 80; ﺓ = Ta marbuta, exact same shape as Ha (same gematrical value and shape) = 5 (725)].

Diacritic marks did not exist when Quran was revealed, therefore the ta marbuta in Khalifa is purely the same shape as a Ha (GV = 5). Some people may argue that the Ta marbuta should be calculated as a Ta (GV = 400). Rashad Khalifa was a native arabic speaker from Egypt with heavy Arabic and religious knowledge, he did not know anything about the great mathematical miracle that would surround his assassination. He genuinely calculated his own gematrical value as 1230 and that was genuinely confirmed as correct by other native Arabic speakers studying with him as well. He had a PHD in Biochemistry and an Egyptian, calculating the gematrical value of his own name was no less than a no brainer.

Therefore, the gematrical value of Rashad Khalifa, as witnessed and calculated by himself during his lifetime is indeed 505 + 725 = 1230.

For people who are sincere, the heavy mathematical miracle involving 31/01/1990 = 19 x 1230 x 1327 and the miraculous connection with sura...19 (!!!!) confirms Rashad Khalifa as 1230 and as a messenger of God. What a profound sign! The fact Rashad was stabbed 29 times and the fact the first and last verse of sura 19 in the 29 initialed sura system are respectively the 1230th and 1327th verse in the Quran is a divine punishment for people who assassinated Rashad Khalifa and/or rejected the miracle of 19. On the other hand, it makes people who are sincere 100% certain that Rashad was indeed the messenger of the Covenant. The miracle of 19 is a test of faith. Who is afraid of the truth? Over it is 19! (Quran, 74:30).
