Spiritual Love - The Reality That Separates Faith in Christ From All Else

Reader comment on item: Will Europe Resist Islamization?
in response to reader comment: Natural hatred!!!

It is stipulated here that Islam has make its mark in the world, and that religions characterized in the exchange this reader is commenting on are indeed needing to find what strength might be necessary to resist Islam and the stated intent of the contemporary followers to push forth in the attempt to dominate the world.

We need only read the previous exchange to understand the fervor, the desire, the outright raw emotion as expressed in its title to understand why there seems to be such a driven force to be reckoned with. We are reminded again of the information provided by the previous reader, that Islam is the religion of nature, and that there is natural hatred in natural mankind.

If we look at the religions referred to, we can see that hatred is instilled from the very beginning of every man, woman and child, learned and passed own from generation to generation. But here a distinction needs to be made, for though many still try to make out Christianity as a broad belief system and call it a religion, true faith in Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus Christ, is not a religion. And further, following that faith requires that obedience to Him calls for being examples of His love and to be witnesses to His power for salvation from the cross to His ascension in heaven. Countering this is the basis of what Islam is trying to do, to deny to believers the person of Jesus Christ and what He did in revealing the truth, and in the same attempt, to replace that belief in Jesus Christ with belief in the Islamic Prophet.

Jesus Christ calls us in love, and demonstrated that love in taking our sins and paying the blood debt on behalf of the faithful believer by going to the cross in the believers place. The Islamic Prophet denies this, and wants everyone else to do so also. What the Islamic Prophet cannot do though, is take away the power of the Holy Spirit of Almighty God in finding those who would be faithful to Him, and keeping the faithful in Jesus Christ true to His calling. We all know by the followers of Islam what they are called to do to challenge this faith in Jesus Christ, and it is a situation that has been going on since the writing of the Quran.

To be in obedience to Jesus Christ, we are to love our enemies (not to embrace their ideology, but to express the love of Christ even when it is not accepted), and to demonstrate that love by not trying to conquer the world by force (the works of the flesh), instead by witness of the Holy Spirit to the hearts of those in desperate need of His love in obtaining salvation from their sin.

So we hear of conquering the world in the name of religion, which is totally counter to what Jesus Christ, when instead we need to hear and receive the love of Christ and allow Him to rule in our hearts. That is the true distinction between truth in Christianity and whatever else in religion is being said to take that away.
