A question of opportunityReader comment on item: Winston Churchill Compares "Mein Kampf" to the Koran Submitted by Jon (France), Feb 25, 2008 at 12:25 Churchill , fortunately, was not just a visionary, but also a fighter and a leader of oustanding character. He had also the advantage of leading a people who had a high level of confidence in their manifest destiny, and well being a little "pre-modern" (ie: unaware of the overiding importance of political correctness in all aspect of life). We have no such leaders today, although who knows what McCain will bring ? Of course the Koran is as "interesting" strategically as the number of nuclear weapons owned by its followers, and particularly its followers with messianic tendencies. We will all feel a lot less stressed once Iran is glassed over. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
