"As a practicing Muslim, I was quite outraged at the comparison of our holy book to 'mein kampf'." I expect that you, as a practicing Muslim, spend a great deal of your time in a state of outrage. I doubt very much however that much if any of it is directed at those of your fellow Muslims who whip, stone and/or hang young rape victims and gays, and enslave those who survive; or those who wander into restaurants with nail bombs strapped to themselves; or those who call for the subjugation of non- or insufficiently observant Muslims; burn and riot when their religious demands are not unquestioningly accommodated by whichever country has welcomed them; etc., etc. So I don't really care if you're outraged. In fact, I've learned that when Islamic fascists are outraged, it's usually because something good for the rest of humanity has happened.
