No Go Zones

If a zone exists within a country that is organized so as to be hostile to all but a certain few based on a given criteria--why should this country within a country receive services and/or benefits from said country , the majority of whose citizens have been excluded?

Perhaps it is time for the West to stop behaving like "dhimmis."
