What you outline is a "Manifesto" not a Constitution. The Constitution of the United States was created to protect individual citizens from those, like yourself, who would force citizens thru laws and regulations to support things the pople may not want . Our Constitution requires the Governemnt to provide only one thing: the common defense. While the Constitution require us to "Promote the general welfare" Only the common defense is "Provide for" . Unlike all other Foundational documents, requires Government to "Secure the blessings of liberty" so that we may "Pursue happiness".

This means the Government is to reflect the will of the people, not create methods and means to usurp the rights of the people. There is no "Right" to health care, abortion, homosexuality, or Government support of individuals.
