According to research by Dr. Ilyas Ba-Yunus, 75% of New Muslim Converts in the US leave Islam within a few years. That would amount to 18,750. Since just as many U.S. born-muslims leave Islam (25,000) as those non-born-muslims who convert (25,000) each year, it's easy to conclude that 18,750 actually leave Islam each year. Now that I've done the math, it seems our future is looking pretty bright. So much for those "expert" journalists and their "scientific studies."
