what Muslims need for revolution in world

Muslims need only thinking people (i mean thinking scholars or leaders) which only think for Muslims. for that how can muslims bring Islam in their practical lives and make up a syllabus for schools and universities by reading which muslims youth can bring Islam in their practical lives, and also lead in science education in the world
