Hooded men with knives?

These are exactly the people you want to arrest.

How to correct.

Put up a large nude with the Saudi flag prominent.

Position an invisible to the street well armed security and anti-terrorist squad

Wait.

They will come.

Arrest them. FInd out their names and where they live. Search their homes. Take computers, letters, correspondence, etc. for review by the anti-terrorist branches. Put them into deportation hearings. Send them back.
