Reader comment on item: "Pasha Bordello" Accepts Islamist Demands
in response to reader comment: londonistan or london?

Submitted by Octavio Johanson (Italy), May 22, 2006 at 02:47

In Britain, less than 5% of the population follow the Church of England- Anglican. Many more go to mosque. Not only that. When the French complained about Londonistan, they actually had a point. It is much easier for Islamists to operate in the City of Westminster, than in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. It is certainly easier than in Egypt, where Islamists get rounded up and taken to jail. If you want to buy Jihad Videos, they are available throughout the city. However, if you go to Britain and point this out, there will be a violent reaction, against yourslef. It is rude to point this out.
