You wrote: We Muslims are gifted more. If you don't see similar gifts from God in your religion it means more responsibilities are expected from Muslims believers.

No wonder you never understood what I wrote about the Trinity. A carnally minded person can never understand and appreciate eternal truths. That was also one of the reasons why I never replied to your post on the Trinity a few days before, a person who appreciates polygamy cannot appreciate such sublime things.

I really pity you and your fellow Muslims. You consider the carnal heaven of the Muslims something great and you think wine, women, and song are great gifts ! Smart advertising strategy of the devil. I sure hope he delivers it. You will find out too late that the devil really does not deliver his promises. The devil cannot promise anything more than these. He cannot promise God.

We Christians are promised the great gift of all, the gift of God Himself. Adam wanted to be like God and God gives us this gift in the gift of His Spirit which He promised to those who believe in Him. Christians in paradise will be like God (not by nature but by participation, that is by sharing in His Spirit). We already get a foretaste of this here on earth in the gift of His Spirit. That is something much better than what the devil promised to the Muslims through Mohammad. Anyway, I do not expect you to understand these things as St Paul says the things of the spirit are nonsense to those who belong to the flesh. It is a greater responsibility to be like God.

I wish you best of luck with your Islamic paradise.

Shalom!

Rajesh.

God is like a sea, rising and falling. Unceasingly He extends His flow to all who love Him and, at His ebb, draws back to Him all those whom He has filled. (Jan van Ruysbroek)
