Quran as muslims and Muhammad claim, is valid for all times and all cultures, Quran as muslims claim is words from GOD, can not be changed or altered. When you said that having half inheritance to women is a liberation at that time (when islam was created), doesn't this mean that Islam is only good at the time it was created? and it is not good for all times and all cultures? doesn't this mean that Islam can be applied only 1400 years ago? but it is not compatible to this centrury? although there are so many proofs that islam didn't bring liberation to women 1400 years ago but I am only following your argument

My wife and daughers are proffesional women, they have respect for thier bodies and thier entities, Hijab in no way may provide protection to them, their respect to themselves and their awarness of the surrounding is the real protection. What did Hijab do to those poor Pakistani muslim women who get raped on a daily basis and are so afraid even to go to the police for justice in Pakistan or Afghanistan? my wife and daughters enjoy swimming, they wear swimming suits to enjoy this great sport, don't you think it is unfair for women to be prevented from enjoying this kind of sport. BTW, I see no one harrassing them nor I see my daughters wearing swimming suits in order to show off, it is simply for practicing a family sport called swimming.

We do hiking and so many other activities that need different kind of outfits, hijab is definitely not one of them, as a matter of fact, hijab may cause death or serious accidents if wore during these activities.

Hijab is a duty on all muslim women and very clearly identified in Quran, the destiny of a muslim woman is hell if she doesn't wear hijab, so it is not a choice as you cliam. What you call fetnah is a man problem, is something that you and I know that we can control if we have decent and civilized thinking and least amount of respect for women. It is not something that women do or fail to do, having said that, Christianity requires decency and respect to human bodies, rules of adultery in Christianity is based on high regards for both women and men. I hope you know that since you claim that you have been a Christian

I disagree with you on that our views are similar when it comes to beauty, justice and peace. The only peace I can understand is the unconditional peace brought by Jesus, the peace brought by Muhammad is by force, Meccan people surrendered to Muhammad's army only when they knew that they will be killed if they didn't surrender, this is the peace that Muhammad brought. It is very similar to the concept of bullying, a bully will protect me as long as I listen to him and do what he says. This kind of peace is what is destroying the world today. Hopefully mankind will realize this before it is too late.

I am puzzled that someone intelligent like you can't see basic facts about what peace means, what liberty means, what love means.

The prince of peace came to earth 600 years before your prophet and taught the world human rights, equality that have been only practiced in recent generations. What makes Christianity works for all times and all cultures is the freedom given by Jesus when he replied to the Pharisses when they complian about him performing miracles on Sabath (Saturday) (becuase it is a holy day for jews), Jesus replied, sabath created for human but not human for sabbath.

If your wife or daughter believe that islam liberated them according to the interpretations you are reffering to, then I rest my case, there is nothing more I can say but I can only pray and hope for lost souls in this world.

Peace of the prince of peace be with you and lead your way.
